Once you hit ‘Add Personalisation’, you’ll be given a form to add a description of the icons you’d like. Fill in (with as much detail as poss!) the items to be embroidered on the napkins. Once I receive the order, I will check your icons to make sure they are all possible. If I need any further information, I will send you an email requesting reference images or more clarification. For example, if you write ‘dog’ in the form - I will need to know what type of dog, or even have a picture of the specific dog so that it can be as close as possible to what you imagined.

The price displayed is per napkin. If you wish to have 10 icons, please select 10 from the drop down menu to display the correct price.
I can offer double icon napkins if you wish, for an additional fee, however I always advise against this to maintain the cute beauty of the product.

Each bespoke napkin is hand drawn, designed and stitched by me. Because of this, there’s a month lead time associated with any bespoke products - during busy periods such as Christmas & Valentine’s Day this can be as long as 6 weeks. I always recommend ordering with plenty of time to ensure there’s no disappointment, and I will be in contact once the order is ready to be shipped. Deadlines specified are a guide, and I can’t guarantee they’ll always be hit.
Due to the bespoke nature of this product, I cannot accept any returns. If you are unhappy with the quality or the order, please send me over an email to bella@sewbella.studio and we can discuss further steps.

Embroidery will stand the test of time if looked after correctly! Please wash your Sew Bella goodies on a cold / 30 degree wash, hang dry and iron whilst damp for best results.

Adding text to your napkins is a perfect additional personal touch! Please select which text option you’d like, and then click Add Personalisation where you can describe the additional text.
