Large Commissions

I have been lucky enough to play a part in multiple weddings, parties and large events by producing bespoke & off the shelf napkins for guests. What a special way to add some funk to your tablescape!

I can provide the napkins, or can embroider onto your own, and together we can create something rather magical to wow your lucky guests.

Examples

Here are some examples of previous large-scale commissions I’ve created

Lexi & Tom commissioned 90 bespoke napkins for their wedding in 2021. They painstakingly chose icons for every attendee, picking something that represented their friendship with the guest, which I then stitched onto napkins for them. At the end of the wedding, the guests were encouraged to take the napkin away as a party favour.

Their incredible wedding was featured on Rock My Wedding, where they said:

“The napkins were one of our favourite aspects; seeing everyone's faces as they realised they had a personalised napkin and listening as they shared their stories behind each one.”

Every guest at this fabulously neon 60th party was lucky enough to receive an embroidered napkin, adorned with a neon slogan. The theme of the party was ‘FFS’, or Finally Facing Sixty (although I’m sure there’s a hidden message in there somewhere…), so we designed poppin’ & bold text to add some fun to the tabletop.

All the guests were told to take them home at the end, as little party favours, and I heard there was a bit of a scrap to collect as many as possible…

Louisa and Marcus had a gorgeous winter wedding, super close to Christmas, and came to me with an idea. They wanted each of their 150 guests to be sat on 12 tables, named after the 12 days of Christmas. To show this clearly, they asked for each table to have napkins embroidered with an icon representative of that ‘day’.

The napkins really came into their own when the guests were all asked to sing ‘12 days of Christmas’, using their napkin and table name to decipher which line they would be singing.

We agreed that it would look super fun if each icon was a modern take on the theme - so, for example, 9 ladies dancing were equipped with a 💃 salsa lady 💃.

A group of wonderful small business ladies put together an International Women’s Day Supper Club, raising money for two amazing charities helping women in difficult situations. They wanted to make sure the table-setting was super girly, fun and special - and so we worked together to create these boobalicious neon napkins to jazz up the event.

I worked together with event producers LAMP / LDN to add some personalisation to a very special wedding. The napkins were made by a local seamstress, using fabric the colour-scheme of the wedding, and then were sent to me to add each guests name to all 80 napkins. We mocked up samples of thread colour, placement and font, which were approved by the bride & groom - and then I got to work!

The end result was so wonderful to see, and meant that the napkins also doubled up as a place setting.
